IDBIT's

"I don't believe it!" This group for the over 60's meet together each month for a couple of hours activities, games conversation and just the sheer fun of being together. The ethos of the group is to provide stimulation for body, mind and spirit in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Seasonal activities are also arranged and comprise summer outings and a Christmas Event.

Relationships established at the group lead to ongoing friendships, providing opportunities for additional support, help and care during times of difficulty, or even just for help with every day living. "I Don't Believe It...." which is why we are called IDBIT's.
