Worship Band - Values Statement

Servant Heart: The greatest position in the Kingdom of God is that of a servant. We will serve the church and each other through our ministry. We will be committed to what membership of the worship band requires, and be accountable in our conduct and character so that we don't let others down.

Worshippers First: We should be hungry for God and seek to lead the church into His presence. We will endeavour to do this with good character and heart, being worshippers first. This is based on the understanding that God is at the centre of all that we do.

Presence of God: Embracing the whole church, we are called to encourage everyone in their personal and corporate acts of worship. We must be sensitive, aware, and bold in moving in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, always seeking to be led and changed by Him.

Creativity: We will love and encourage each other to experiment with our giftings; to be constructive in our criticism, bold in our creativity and to seek to work together as a team.

Relationships: We will seek to build deeper relationships by making time for each other.
